TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Contest Period 1st December 2023 - 29th February 2024)

“Dzi Kingdom® 20 Years of Journey Together” (“Lucky Draw Contest”) is organised by Dzi Kingdom® (“The Organiser”) and shall be held from 1st December 2023 to 29th February 2024. (“Contest Period”)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE LUCKY DRAW CONTEST AS THEY CONTAIN BINDING LEGAL TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS INCLUDING LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF THE ORGANISER’S LIABILITY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE LUCKY DRAW CONTEST, YOU ARE DEEMED TO UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Eligibility:

1. This Lucky Draw Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above at the time of entry, except for permanent or temporary employees of The Organiser, including their immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, siblings, children), representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of The Organiser, including but not exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings.
2. Whose name appears on the receipt of purchase.
3. Cooperate or other entities or groups are not eligible to participate.

Durations:

1. Lucky Draw Contest starts on 1st December 2023, 00:00 am and ends on 29th February 2024, 11:59pm ("Contest Period").
2. The Organiser reserves the rights to cancel or change the closing date of the Contest Period as well as to alter the contest mechanics at anytime.These modifications will be announced on The Organiser’s Facebook Page.

The Lucky Draw Contest Prizes:

1. Total Prizes worth RM500,000:
1. Grand Prize : Mercedes-Benz C 200 x 1 unit
2. 1st Prize : RM10,000 Travel Voucher x 5 units
3. 2nd Prize : iPhone 15 Pro Max x 10 units
4. Consolation Prize : RM500 Dzi Kingdom Cash Voucher x 50 units
   
   
2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with other products and/or services of similar value, at any time it deems fit and necessary. All prizes are given on an “As Is Where Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other prizes or vouchers, whether in part or in full.

How to Participate in the Lucky Draw Contest :

1. The Lucky Draw Contest registration and submission steps are as below:

2. Multiple submissions throughout the Contest Period are permitted as long as each entry is accompanied by a valid receipt. Duplicated entry with the same receipt is not accepted.
3. Entries submitted out of the Contest Period will be disregarded.

Lucky Draw Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject entries where:
1. The receipt submitted is duplicate, incorrect, unclear, torn or damaged;
2. The required details are not provided, incomplete, illegible, unclear and/or inaccurate;
3. The Organiser considers having been in breach of these terms and conditions.
2. By participating in this Lucky Draw Contest, the participants acknowledge and agree that the Organiser excludes all warranty and/or liability in connection with the awarded prizes and/or the Lucky Draw Contest. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in the Lucky Draw Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by the participants as a result of their participation in the Lucky Draw Contest and/or the use of the prizes.
3. The Organiser takes no responsibility or assumes no liability for the comment and/or content that the participants may post. And/or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission. Participants are solely responsible for the consequences of posting and publishing their comments and/or contents.
4. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry. This includes, but not limited to failure to meet Lucky Draw Contest eligibility criteria or entry that contains obscene, libellous, racially disparaging, defamatory, harassing or threatening or unlawful content.
5. The Organiser will not be responsible for entries for the Lucky Draw Contest that cannot be processed due to technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete or illegible, for any reason whatsoever, will be disqualified.
6. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion on extend / cancel the Contest Period at any time or amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. Any entries received after the last day of the Contest Period (due to any reason however and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified.
7. While The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Facebook page/Official Website, The Organiser makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to such information, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any omissions or errors (including, without limitation, typographical errors and technical errors) in the content.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and the amended terms and conditions will be uploaded onto The Organiser’s Facebook page/Official Website.
9. Participants are therefore encouraged to visit The Organiser’s Facebook page/Official Website from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes to the terms and conditions.
10. If this Lucky Draw Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of The Organiser, then The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the terms and conditions for this Lucky Draw Contest, modify the Lucky Draw Contest, suspend, terminate or cancel the Lucky Draw Contest, as appropriate, without prior notice.
11. The Organiser has the right to request access to and to request correction of the relevant participants’ Personal Data. Nothing herein contained shall limit the rights of any participant under the PDPA.
12. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the Lucky Draw Contest or the prizes not specified herein shall form part of these terms and conditions.
13. The Organiser’s decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. All participants shall not resort to court proceedings to review The Organiser’s decisions.

Selections of Winners :

1. Prize winners will be selected randomly based on the terms of purchasing.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to verify on individual eligibility to extracts.
3. The eligible prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable as cash.
4. Winners will be notified of the date, time and venue for collection of prizes separately.
5. The winners of the Lucky Draw Contest will be announced on 8th March 2024.
6. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event a shortlisted participant cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
7. The winner of the Grand Prize and 1st Prize may be required to attend and participate in a prize-giving ceremony and/or other related events organised by The Organiser, if any. Should the winner fail to attend such a ceremony and/or events, The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the Lucky Draw Contest Prize.
8. The Mercedes-Benz C 200 will be available for collection at KLANG VALLEY ONLY once registration of the vehicle is completed.
9.  To claim the Grand Prize, the winner must possess a valid driving licence issued by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ).
10. All taxes, costs, charges, fees and/or expenses of whatsoever nature that are associated with the prizes shall be borne by the winners absolutely. For clarity, the winner shall bear the car registration fee, road tax, insurance coverage and any other miscellaneous costs relating to the Grand Prize.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to select the colour of the Grand Prize, where applicable. Visual(s) of the Grand Prize used in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw Contest is/are only for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual colour or specifications of the Grand Prize and excludes any optional accessories.
12. Prize for Travel Voucher are inclusive of all tour fares, taxes and tipping except Travel Insurance.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PROCEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LUCKY DRAW CONTEST.

“天珠王国 20周年庆典赢大奖” (“幸运抽奖活动”) 是由天珠王国 (“主办单位”) 所主办的。活动期限始于2023年12月1日至2024年2月29日。(“活动期限”)

在参与“幸运抽奖活动”之前，请仔细阅读这些条规与细则。它们包含具有约束力的法律条款和义务，包括主办单位决定的所有规则、条件和结果。参与“幸运抽奖活动”即表示您被视为已充分理解并同意完全遵守这些条规与细则。

参赛资格：

1. 此幸运抽奖活动开放给所有持有大马身份证及年龄为 18 岁以上的大马公民，除了主办单位的永久或临时雇员，包括他们的直系亲属（定义为父母、配偶、兄弟姐妹、子女），以及主办单位的代表和/或代理人（包括广告代理人和竞赛管理代理人），其中包括但不限于他们各自的直系亲属，即父母、配偶、子女和兄弟姐妹。
2. 购买收据上所显示的名字。
3. 合作伙伴或其他实体或团体不具备参与资格。

活动期限：

1. 幸运抽奖活动始于2023年12月1日, 00:00 am，截止至2024年2月29日, 11:59pm（“活动期限”）。
2. 主办单位保留随时取消或更改活动期限的权利，以及随时修改竞赛机制的权利。这些修改将在主办单位的Facebook页面上公布。

幸运抽奖活动奖品：

1. 总价值50万令吉的奖品：
1. 大    奖 : 梅赛德斯-奔驰C 200 x 1 辆
2. 一等奖 : 1万令吉旅游礼券 x 5 份
3. 二等奖 : iPhone 15 Pro Max x 10 份
4. 安慰奖 : 500令吉天珠王国现金礼券 x 50 份
   
   
2. 奖品视情况而定。主办单位保留以任何时候认为合适和必要的情况下，用其他价值相当的产品和/或服务替代任何奖品的绝对自由裁量权。所有奖品均按照现状提供，并且不可兑换为现金、积分、其他奖品或礼券，无论是部分还是全部。

如何参与幸运抽奖活动:

1. 参与幸运抽奖活动的注册和提交步骤如下：

      在天珠王国门店的单张收据上，消费RM500及以上。

2. 在竞赛期间，每人可提交多次参赛表格，只要每个表格都附有有效的收据。不接受使用相同收据的重复表格。
3. 在活动期限之外提交的表格将被忽视。
   

幸运抽奖活动条款与条件:

1. 主办单位保留取消和/或拒绝以下参赛资格的权利：
1. 提交的收据是重复、不正确、不清晰、撕裂或损坏的；
2. 未提供所需的详细信息，或详细信息不完整、难以辨认、不清晰和不准确的；
3. 主办单位认为违反了这些条规与细则。
2. 通过参与此幸运抽奖活动，参与者承认并同意主办单位在与获奖奖品和/或幸运抽奖活动有关时排除所有保证和/或责任。参与者在参与幸运抽奖活动、领取和/或使用奖品时，应负完全的责任，以防发生任何责任、意外、受伤、损失、损害、索赔或事故（包括死亡）。主办单位不对参与者在幸运抽奖活动中或因使用奖品而遭受的任何责任、意外、损失、损害、索赔或事故负责。
3. 主办单位不对参与者可能发布的评论和/或内容负责。以及任何错误、遗漏、中断、删除、缺陷、操作或传输的延迟。参与者对于发布和公开其评论和/或内容的后果负有唯一责任。
4. 主办单位可能根据自身判断权，取消任何参与者的资格。这包括但不限于不符合幸运抽奖活动资格标准或包含淫秽、诽谤、种族歧视、诽谤、骚扰或威胁或非法内容的条目。
5. 主办单位不会对因技术或操作原因无法处理的幸运抽奖活动表格负责。任何原因造成的遗失、错误指向、不正确、不完整或难以辨认的参赛表格都将被取消资格。
6. 主办单位可能在任何时候在没有事先通知的情况下延长/取消活动期限，或修改条规与细则。任何在活动期限最后一天之后收到的参赛表格（无论由于何种原因产生）都将被取消资格。
7. 尽管主办单位将尽合理努力在Facebook页面/官方网站上提供准确和最新的信息，但主办单位不对该信息的准确性、正确性、可靠性或其他方面提供任何保证或陈述，也不对内容中的任何遗漏或错误（包括但不限于印刷错误和技术错误）负责或承担责任。
8. 主办单位保留随时在没有事先通知的情况下修改这些条规与细则的权利，并且修改后的条规与细则将会上传至主办单位的Facebook页面/官方网站。
9. 因此，鼓励参与者定期访问主办单位的Facebook页面/官方网站，以查看条规与细则的任何修改和/或变更。
10. 如果由于任何原因，超出主办单位合理控制范围的干扰导致此次幸运抽奖活动无法按合理预期进行，主办单位保留在其唯一判断权下修改此次幸运抽奖活动的条规与细则，暂停、终止或取消幸运抽奖活动的权利，而无需提前通知。
11. 主办单位有权请求访问和更正相关参与者的个人数据。本文中的任何内容均不应限制任何参与者在《个人数据保护法》下的任何权利。
12. 所有与幸运抽奖活动或奖品有关的说明和其他具体细节，若未在此规定范围内提及，均应作为这些条规与细则的一部分。
13. 主办单位的决定是最终决定，不得提出上诉或申诉。所有参与者不得诉诸法院程序以审查主办单位的决定。

获奖者的选择 :

1. 主办单位将根据购买条款随机抽取获奖者。
2. 主办单位保留核实个人资格的权利。
3. 奖品不可转让、兑换或以现金形式兑换、赎回。
4. 获奖者将被另行通知领取奖品的日期、时间和地点。
5. 幸运抽奖活动的获奖者将在2024年3月8日收到通知。
6. 如果因任何原因无法联系到入围参与者，主办单位不承担责任。
7. 获奖者可能需要出席并参加由主办单位组织的颁奖典礼和/或其他相关活动（如果有的话）。如果获奖者未能出席此类典礼和/或活动，主办单位保留放弃所有奖的权利。
8. 梅赛德斯-奔驰C 200将仅在完成车辆注册后，可在巴生谷地区领取。
9. 要领取大奖，获奖者必须持有由马来西亚陆路交通局（JPJ）颁发的有效驾驶执照。
10. 所有与奖品相关的税款、成本、费用、收费和/或费用，无论其性质如何，均由获奖者负责。明确地说，获奖者将承担车辆登记费、道路税、保险费以及与大奖相关的任何其他杂项费用。
11. 主办单位保留选择大奖的颜色的权利（如果适用）。在与幸运抽奖活动相关的任何广告、宣传、宣传和其他材料中使用的特等奖的图像仅供说明目的，可能不反映特等奖的实际颜色或规格，并且不包括任何可选配件。
12. 旅游礼券奖品包含所有旅游费用、税费和小费，但不包括旅行保险。
